Generative AI Policy

I don’t use an AI tools in my coaching or in developing training plans for my clients. I believe that my clients pay me for the value of having a human coach who understands their goals, motivations, and challenges and can help them reach new heights in performance and fitness.

More details are below, but rest assured that I’m not using AI-generated shortcuts in your training.

Transparency in AI usage

As noted above, I do not utilize generative AI in client work. I may use AI-enhanced tools in the process of producing content for the website – for example, using AI tools to conduct research or write initial drafts of blog content. However, all of my work is substantially created by people, including the blog posts.

Any content (e.g., images for blog posts, content excerpts) generated or significantly influenced by AI will be clearly labeled as such. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, and other media.

I will provide context on how AI was used in the creation of the content to maintain transparency with our audience and stakeholders.

Human Oversight and Responsibility

AI-generated content will not replace the original work of people. All AI-assisted outputs will be reviewed and approved by a human team member to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our values and our clients’ values.

Final responsibility for all content lies with our people, who will ensure that AI tools are used ethically and appropriately.

Ethical Use of AI

I’m committed to using AI in a manner that respects privacy, avoids bias, and promotes fairness. My select and monitor AI tools in accordance with these ethical standards.

Feedback and Improvement

I welcome feedback from my audience and stakeholders regarding AI use.

I regularly review how I use AI and its impact to ensure compliance with this policy and to adapt to new developments in AI technology.
