Refund Policy

For new clients we offer a free, 7-day no-hassle refund policy. If you've signed up for a new Graphene Fitness coaching plan and change your mind within 7 days just let us know and we'll refund your money with no questions asked.

If you have scheduled a one-time consultation you may cancel up to 24 hours before your consultation for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before your consultation or for no-shows.

We do not offer refunds on downloadable items or self-guided plans.
