I see a lot of "wellness coaches" on social media. How are you different?
Many people use coaching as a way to sell products, supplements, or cookie-cutter plans. I’m not trying to sell you anything beyond your monthly plan. I don’t tell you what to do and don’t promise magical solutions to life’s problems. Instead, I partner with you to bring evidence-based wellness solutions into your everyday life.
What do you mean by "wellness?"
Ask ten people what “wellness” means and you’ll get at least 11 different answers. For me, it means a state of being that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, enabling individuals to live life to the fullest and thrive. In other words, helping you live a happer, better life according to your goals.
Can you do in-person coaching?
I conduct most of my coaching digitally, but can provide some in-person services. Give me a shout if you’re in northern Indiana and would like in-person coaching.
Can you help with nutrition?
Wellness coaching often includes basic help with nutrition, but you can refer to my Nutrition Coaching page if you’d like something more comprehensive and focused specifically on nutrition.
